Where ExcelSend works
ExcelSend is available in the selected countries below. Each country's mobile networks and regulators decide whether texts can be replied to and whether they can come from a brand name, so what you can do depends on where your account is.

Where replies are available, messages go out from a shared reply number and answers come back to your sheet. In some countries you need your own reply number, rented monthly, before you can send.
Branded Sender ID
A Sender ID shows your organisation's name instead of a number. It can't be replied to. You apply for one in the ExcelSend portal and approval usually takes up to 48 hours.
