Replies and reports

After a send, ExcelSend can write each message’s delivery status and any reply into columns beside the contact’s row. These pages cover what those columns hold and how to fill them.

Refresh reports Pull delivery status and replies into your sheet from the Reports tab, and refresh again to pick up late replies. Report columns The exs_ columns ExcelSend adds to your sheet, and what each one records.
